The most common question we hear from users is also the simplest one to answer: what should I actually be testing? The short list is shorter than people expect. It is also, for most users, not being run at all.
A baseline panel before a cycle should include a full lipid profile, a full hormone panel (total and free testosterone, LH, FSH, oestradiol, SHBG), liver function, a full blood count, and either an eGFR or a cystatin-C read for kidney function. Repeat mid-cycle. Repeat eight weeks after cessation. These three snapshots give a clinician enough to spot the patterns that matter.
The specific compound shifts the emphasis — oral 17α-alkylated compounds push liver markers harder, whereas trenbolone reliably distorts the lipid panel before anything else. But the base panel above catches the vast majority of harm signals before they become clinical events. If you are using without routine supervision, run this panel anyway. Read it with someone trained to read it.
